Established over 12 years ago, the L&F Training specialises in work-based training. We offer bespoke school provisions as well as apprenticeship training programmes to a growing number of employees and employers across the London, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset, Devon regions.
At L&F we tailor all our courses to meet both the business and individual learner’s needs. The Training Centres operate the most up-to-date training methods which are delivered by a professional team. L&F is a leading provider within the service training industry and offers top-class courses within Hairdressing, Beauty, Barbering, Retail, Health & Safety, Customer Service, and Business Administration.

Everything You Need To Know About Apprenticeships
Work while you study – an apprenticeship is a way to gain the skills, knowledge and experience you need to get into many careers. They combine work, training, and study, letting you 'earn while you learn'.
There are many different apprenticeships available across a wide range of industries, and for a wide variety of job roles. As a paid employee, each apprentice works alongside their studies. There are no student fees – your training costs are funded by the government and your employer.
It’s an ideal option if you have a clear idea of the career path you want to follow, providing you with practical, on-the-job training, and classroom-based instruction.

TRAINEESHIPS
The Traineeship Programme consists of work experience and English and Maths, along with job preparation such as CV-writing tips and advice on how to prepare for an interview. This means that learners can concentrate on developing the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to enable them to progress on to Study Programmes, Apprenticeships or into work.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS L1 & L2
Functional Skills can help you develop the practical skills in English, ICT and Maths that you need to live, study and work. You can apply English, ICT and Maths skills in real life situations through reading, writing, speaking and listening tasks.
We offer flexible sessions and a hybrid learning model. We use BKSB which is a 24 hour learning platform and you also get tutor support throughout the programme.
